The European Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) has recently published two reports:

• The report Fundamental rights at land borders: findings from selected European Union border crossing points examines the impact on human rights of border controls carried out at six land border crossing points.
• The report Fundamental rights at airports: border checks at five international airports in the European Union  looks into the impact on human rights of border controls carried out by border guards when third country nationals arrive at one of the following five airports: Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport in France, Fiumicino in Italy, Frankfurt Airport in Germany, Manchester Airport in the United Kingdom and Schiphol in the Netherlands.
