CRCD Volunteering Program is composed of young enthusiasts interested in issues related to cross-border cooperation to work along with CRCD staff and promote cross-border cooperation in Macedonia and the region.
The program is divided in four annual cycles. Each program lasts for three months.
CRCD Volunteering Program Tracks
The volunteering program is divided into four different tracks:
I. Policy Developer = Drafting texts related to cross-border cooperation (Toolkits and policy briefs)
- Writing chapters of the Toolkit for cross-border cooperation to be developed in Macedonian languge
- Writing briefs for current policies related to cross-border cooperation
II. Media Guru = Update of blog sites and social media on relevant news and issues related to cross-border cooperation
- Regular update of CRCD facebook page
- Regular update of CRCD twitter account
- Regular update of CRCD linkedin page
- Development of promotional videos, posters and leaflets
II. Event Manager = Participate in events, search for events and promote events related to cross-border cooperation
- Regular follow up on events related to cross-border cooperation issues
- Regular update of list of events per month
- Promotion of events among CRCD followers and network on social media
- Participation of important events in Macedonia related to cross-border cooperation and EU issues
IV. Project Manager = Development of project proposal related to cross-border cooperation issues
- Involvement in project proposal writing
- Coordination of project proposal submission
- Liaison activities with project partners
- Regular follow up of current calls for proposals
CRCD Volunteering Program tasks and responsibilities:
- Drafting reports in English and Macedonian language on issues related to past and current practices of cross-border cooperation in Macedonia and the region
- Networking activities with institutions working in the field of cross-border cooperation
- Participation in events related to cross-border cooperation activities in Macedonia (in specific IPA2CSO)
