Balkan Net and the National Association of Municipal Clerks in Bulgaria, supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation, are organizing a seminar in Panagjurishte, Bulgaria, from February 28, 2016 until March 2, 2016. 

The seminar is entitled “Strategy on innovations and good governance on local level”. This programme is developed with support from the Council of Europe and for years is successfully implemented in the Bulgarian municipalities.
