The Council of Europe and the Institute for International Sociology of Gorizia (ISIG) are organizing a one-day seminar on City-to-City Diplomacy. The aim of the seminar is to present, promote, and provide guidance on practical implementation of the new Toolkit on City Diplomacy  (C2C), as a powerful tool aiming at improving international co-operation between cities to promote local democracy, economic development, trade, culture, and education.

The participants will have an opportunity to network, learn from each other’s experiences, and make concrete plans for the future cooperation.
