The European Committee of the Regions’ opened an online course (or MOOC: Massive Open Online Course), an e-learning resource for officials of regional and local authorities, representatives of associations and others interested.

The course starts today and enrollement is still open!!

The course “Regions, EU institutions and policy-making” is free of charge and covers topics from EU Cohesion Policy and Smart Specialisation to migration and access to EU programmes, and much more.
