The Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) has initiated consultancies with civil society organizations in the Western Balkans and Turkey.

Currently DG NEAR is programming the assistance to civil society for 2016-17 though the IPA II – Civil Society Facility and Media Programme 2016-17.

TACSO (Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organisations) is managing the consultations by gathering all contributions and comments received by January 15, 2016 at the following address: comments@tasco.org.
